At one aircraft the two are roughly comparable; once you add a second airframe Pilot-Next stays flat while FlyClub tiers up.
Pilot-Next maintains a running balance for every pilot and auto-generates a PDF invoice the moment a flight is settled. That removes most of the spreadsheet work that partnership treasurers used to do quarterly. FlyClub handles scheduling and document tracking well but does not include a per-pilot balance ledger or automatic invoicing — you'd still need an external accounting workflow.
FlyClub ships native iOS and Android applications, which feel snappier and integrate with native OS conventions (push notifications, biometric unlock).
